- A territorial FAN meet needs a current territorial licence. The club office applies for it.
- If the meet is listed as open, the circular says which other licences can enter. The Andalusian prebenjamín Desafío, circular NAT.15/26, also accepts a local federation licence with official insurance.
- The club enters the swimmer on the platform the federation names. The entry has to be confirmed by the time the calendar grid sets.
- A change of club during the season follows circular NAT.01/26: a written agreement and the release letter. The office handles it.
- Times swum outside Spain are covered in the circular. The office confirms what the swimmer needs.
