Swim School · Carlos Díaz
Beginner and improvement. Learn to swim well, safely, in groups by level. In charge: Carlos Díaz.
Coaching Staff
Certified coaches, the board, and club volunteers.
Behind every CNA swimmer there is a coach who corrects their stroke, a board that balances the books and secures the lanes, and a group of families who get up at six on a Sunday morning to take half the roster to compete in another province.
The coaching staff appears at press conferences with the Town Hall and on deck every afternoon. Continuity: a coach who has known a swimmer since they were small knows things that do not appear on any timesheet.

From Desafío to Absolute. Each group has a lead coach, a timetable, and a clear goal.

We train at the Piscina Municipal José Eduardo Hernández in Torre del Mar. The Desafío group trains in Vélez-Málaga. The timetable by group is confirmed each season and sent to families through internal channels.
Competition groups train Monday to Saturday. Absolute, Junior, and Infantil may work double sessions during heavy-load periods; Alevín and Desafío train in the afternoon, with possible extra sessions in specific blocks.
Swim School is organized by level and time slot, so the youngest do not overlap with federated-team sets.
If you want to join, the most useful thing is to tell us age and whether they already swim: we will tell you group, days, and the exact time according to openings that week.

This is what we look like when nobody asked us to pose for a championship.
The club looks like this: people together, CNA caps, and wanting to get back in the water.

Volunteers who run the club: accounts, agreements, the federation, and the paperwork no one sees.

A growing club needs people. We look for certified coaches who want to work in the region, lifeguards, and volunteers for the meets and activities we organize.
If you are a current or former club swimmer and you are interested in coaching, talk to us: we like people from home to train and come back to the pool deck from the other side.
